Our Return & Refund Guidelines

At present, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered. If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they may contact us at connect@janakilalithacoffee.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with the necessary details and relevant photographs.
